Lisanify only receives the data Payhip shares, typically the email address for license delivery and validation.

4. Use of the Lisanify Software

The desktop application does not collect telemetry or document contents. Only the license email and key metadata may be synchronized with Payhip for validation purposes. Full details are available in the EULA.

5. Third-Party Integrations

If you enable optional OpenAI features, prompts and content are sent directly to OpenAI. The website operator and Licensor do not proxy, store, or access this data.

The Lisanify software operates primarily offline, meaning your documents and translation projects never leave your computer unless you explicitly choose to use cloud-based AI translation features.

If you use optional OpenAI integration features, your data may be processed by OpenAI in the United States. OpenAI has implemented appropriate safeguards for international data transfers. For payment processing, Payhip may process data according to their own privacy policies and international transfer mechanisms.

We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these third-party services before using features that involve them.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
